Anyone else got any views on this?

I thought that I'd read somewhere that Dups in the palm was the most suitable to be treated with NA? Is this not really the case, and Dups can't be treated in the palm with NA, or is it just that Dr Bainbridge doesn't carry it out by choice?

Re: Dupuytren in the palm.

Typically Dupuytren starts in the rim below the MCPs (main joints) and eventually blocks stretching of the affected finger. I believe, if it develops in the palm it usually grows slower and often does not develop into a cord (which is good). Without a cord NA is not of much use, maybe that's the reason why Chris Bainbridge doesn't use NA in the palm. But I am only speculating.
