I have nodules in both palms and now I have a lump forming on my middle finger on the middle joint, the palm side. Could anyone tell me could this be a nodule or is it probably a knuckle pad? Do nodules form on the actual joint? Any help is appreciated? I dont have any knuckle pads on the nail side of my hand.
