I'm not aware of an NA surgeon in Northern Virginia. I traveled to New Jersey and Dr. Gary Pess did both of my hands in one day. The drive is about 4 hours one way from the Leesburg area. The actual surgery took approximately 30-45 mins. I drove up, spent the night, had the surgery the next afternoon and then drove home. Dr. Pess did a great job.
