Pinched nerve and numbness after NA

A week ago I had NA on 2 fingers on my right hand. The ring finger which was medium contracted
did very well. The little finger, which had had previous surgery for 75% Dupytrens in 2000, is still
a problem. After a week the finger is still full of fluid, somewhat numb and painful at the bottom.
Has anyone experienced a pinched nerve from the NA procedure and can share their history with me?
I would gratefully appreciate it. I am exercising it vigorously every day. There is small improvement.

Re: Pinched nerve and numbness after NA

I had OS on my right hand in 1991 and still have numbness on one side of my ring finger and the outside tip of the little finger. Last Oct I had NA on three fingers of my left hand and one side of the ring finger is still numb, I don't think the nerve was damaged by NA but maybe the left over cord is pressing on the nerve.

Re: Pinched nerve and numbness after NA

Thank you so much, John. I think that sounds like what I'm experiencing, too.
I'll return to the doctor's next Thursday and see what he says as well. It's strange
because I have use of the finger but touching the base of it is painful.
I'm not a complainer nor into aches and pains as conversation' focus.
But life is change and age will have it's way with us.
Thanks again.
