This would be my view also. But, I think I found the patent, and it looks like they are using a drug, or drugs, quite well established to treat RA, and they have done some (10's-100's) tests (not trials) with DD patients. So there is some science or established background to it. But I personally would still be cautious given the good success rates with RT and NA. It's still not a cure and the patent talks about re-treatment being needed upon recurrence.

There are interesting routes already applicable, other which seems promising even if work in progress (to be followed).

It seems to me from what you say Jasmine, that the product is known, but he patented the treatment. Patenting medical cures that are already known is highly cynical. Unless he does it to ensure that every patient has access to the treatment with no royalty cost embedded in the treatment... But would I be naive ?
