any advice or help please?
I recently found a lump in my palm and thought nothing of it. After about a month I finally looked into what it might be and it looks like a nodule. It is on my middle finger though and I'm only 24. I'm going to a doctor today but was wondering if anyone else had there first nodule on there middle finger (from what I read it's the least likely finger to have it) and had it at my age? (Also read it usually comes after 40) any advice or help would be appreciated?

Hi jburger
There are a few possible reasons for lumps on the hand whether palm, fingers either side. Let us know what the doctor thinks, but really you need a diagnosis from a hand specialist and not a GP to confirm if it is Dupuytren's. Come back and let us know initial diagnosis.

Hi,
Yes, that is where mine began, same place...I now have full blown DD & I have it bad. I also have Plantar Fibroma on the feet too. I would learn all you can about this Disease, providing it is what you have...only a medical Hand Specialist can correctly identify this condition.
