Biotin.

Does anyone know if its not a good idea to take Biotin since it promotes cel regeneration, collogen production, healing ?
Is or something I should stay away from like chondrotin, vitamin C, glucosamine?

Re: Biotin.

Hi Angetori,
there is no definite evidence that chondrotin/glucosamine are bad for Dupuytren's, just suspicion. The recommendation is to use it if it is beneficial for joints and watch whether it is promoting Dupuytren's. I am not aware that there is evidence that Vitamin C is doing anything for or against Dupuytrens. Neither do I know of any observations that Biotin is promoting Dupuytren's. I would just use it if it does you good, specifically if you are suffering from a Biotin deficiency, and if taking it causes a flare of Dupuytren's then just stop or reduce it. But it likely won't do harm anyway.
