Dupuytren and other potential correlated diagnosis'

I'm a 45yo male, California resident w kaiser insurance. I've been diagnosed with; DC by my primary physician, with pyeronies disease by chief of urology and plantar fasciitis by a podiatrist. Additionally I'm challenged due to the associated pain to; lift hands above my shoulder, fasten seatbelt or lie on my side in bed.

[*]PF is a lump mid sole of right foot about diameter of golf ball and approx 1/3 the height. To date I'm understood that surgery will cause flat foot - so I've been dealing with it - using orthotics and cutting a hole where the PF makes contact ( kinda hard in flip-flops - and as native Cali's know this is about 10m out of the year)

[*]DC has been diagnosed onset about 2 mo ago - nodules present and pallable on 4 didgets of both hands located midline of phalanges on palm...there are tender points / nodules mid phalange of thumbs but these just came up last couple weeks and haven't had "official" diagnosis.

* Peyronie's recently diagnosed - it's been effecting / present for 9-12 mo but has gotten to a 35-40degree bend which is impeding my ability to be intiment with my wife...we both bear through it, out of sheer necessity, every 4-6wks. Physician recommended Xiaflex or graft surgery.

[*]I've had issues w shoulders the last 3mo. Left was dislocated about 20m ago and was reset immediately after incident (falling off zip line I was riding w my youngest daughter and arm got tangled in safety lines and I was suspended by arm/rope) help resetting it was done by a field medic. Issues now are the aforementioned.

I'm trying to identify the correlation. Individual physicans of kaiser can't seem to communicate to get on the same page - understanding I've met w the chief of the depts and their wrapped up in their world. But trying to earn my MD via the internet I've found reference that all 4 may be correlated - but I've not found a lot of supporting info nor treatment.
C'mon now - the above has to be a relatively rare set of issues that must grab the interest of a physician or professional otherwise familiar with these diagnosis'.
Your input and considerations are greatly appreciated.

Re: Dupuytren and other potential correlated diagnosis'

Hi MarkJones

I'm not clear want you are looking for, we have all these listed under the tab Disease->Related Diseases on this site, and Garrrods or Knuckle Pads too. Since you are in the US there is a wealth of information on this and other predisposing factors on the DF site http://dupuytrens.org/Whatotherconditionspredispose.html

A more generic investigation might just be investigating fibrosis disease or conditions http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibrosis

Best wishes
SB
