Had very very bad case frozen shoulder many years prior to getting Dups. the shoulder was awful ..could not stand up straight..if someone tapped it i would yell in pain. Dr.s want to operate , all three told me I needed sugery ugh !
A med student I knew told me to do some streting and let warm shower run on it ...anyway in time it cured itself...still nor perfect,but very tolerable...Glad i passed on the surgery.. I always say ...DR.s doe not make much money unless they get the tools out ..lol !

PS... off topic .now i have what i believe is Dups starting in my thumb ...ugh ....

I have never decided to have surgery for the frozen shoulder I've had twice since I got Dupuytrens and Ledderhose disease, this last time I did physical therapy which I had to quit because for a whole month I could not sleep because of the pain it caused so decided to work it out on my own with regular excersize and my own stretching now and then, it is actually starting to help and I use marijuana to slow the growth of the ledderhose and dupuytrens and it is actually shrinking it a bit and is helping with the pain alot. After 3 foot surgeries and one ahnd surgery I am glad to be able to stop the surgeries and no contracture yet Thanks to marijuana.
