I am considering Xiaflex or Radiation to treat N or N1 type stage in D's. I have read the recommended procedures on this site==very helpful.

I wonder if I can post some photos and get feedback on what stage I might be.

My local hand Dr, very good, does surgery or Xiaflex. Alternatively I priced some radiation down in SF Bay area which will cost me about 10 times as much (over 10k$). Any help much appreciated as this has been with me for 10 years and is now beginning to cause problems.

I am considering buying good health insurance, and any quick feedback on "procedures covered" would be great too.
