This site is by far the best one for Dupuytren's on the web, but it's very low down the Google ranking.
That's because hardly anyone has links to it. Links are life blood to a good web site - they help Google find it.
I've undertaken to try and create five relevant links over the next couple of weeks. I've already got one from my Livejournal http://watervole.livejournal.com/profile , and one from a convention I'm chair of http://www.orbital2008.org/committee.html and I'm hoping to add one from another event I'm involved with and from a site where I sell books.
If all the people who benefit from this site go away and add a link from their own sites, then it will make it much easier for other people affected by Dupuytren's to find helpful advice - it will also make it easier for doctors to find information on NA and radiotherapy.
Please, try to create one to five links in the next few weeks -- The links must have text by them explaining why you are linking the site and a few words about what Dupuytren's is.
I'll send a bar of Green and Blacks chocolate to the person who creates the most links!
Re: Making this site better known - win chocolate!
That post certainly deserves to be pinned! That's exactly what we need to get better ranked. And I am really wondering who will win Green and Blacks chocolate ...
