NA

DOES NA/XIAFLEX HAVE GOOD RESULTS? DOES IT AGGRAVATE THE DD, AS SURGERY CAN. I NEED TO DO SOMETHING SOON, PREFERABLY NOT SURGERY.

It's really unpredictable, or at least depends on an individuals response to 'surgery' and healing. People on here have reported a flare or aggravation caused by Xiaflex, others not at all, so it's not really an indicator. NA seems to have the least reaction, but possibly a higher risk of recurrence sooner, but I am not sure if this is just anecdotal.

You don't say what your condition is, if you have a slight to moderate contracture, NA or Xiaflex are probably to be preferred ahead of surgery, but find a good hand surgeon experienced in all three, tell him your concerns and see what (s)he says.
