Reccomendations for Dupuytren's Treatments in Central Florida
I have visited this site a while back and am now ready to get treatment. I have pre stage 1 with my left pinkie. And beginning of chords and nodules on my right palm. I'm looking for comments on doctors and or experiences for NA treatment vs xiaflex (collagenase injection). I appreciate the comments and guidance.
I live half way between Orlando and Daytona and would, if possible, like to be within a few driving hours. THX!

If you are in pre stage and have little or no contracture you are probably not a candidate for NA or Xiaflex. You might either wait or look into radiotherapy (left menu).

I just had needle aponevrotomy performed by Dr. Alan Christensen, Orlando Othropaedic Center, Winter Park, FL. He trained under Dr Eaton. I am thrilled with the results.

I had NA done almost 6 years ago by Dr. Eaton who, at that time, was the only physician performing NA in the United States. There has been no change in my condition since NA was performed. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
