Recommendation for a Doc in San Diego?

Hi all,

Several years ago (maybe 10?) I noticed a small nodule/tightening in the palm of my right hand. Went to the doc and he diagnosed Dupuytren's. Game plan was to just keep an eye on it and see how it progressed. Over the years it has very slowly progressed and while I can still put my hand flat on a table, I notice the stress of the constant tension. But not debilitating at this point.

Additionally, I've recently developed a nodule in the sole of my left foot. I'm not a Dr. but it is quite consistent with Lederhose Disease. This one seems to be advancing much more rapidly, and it's starting to be uncomfortable in my normal shoes or while running.

It's still early, so I would like to be proactive in slowing the growth of both hand and foot. Radiation therapy looks promising- I would rather go for that than wait until I can't run or stretch my hand to play piano to do something about it.

Can anyone recommend a physician in the San Diego CA area that would know about these conditions and how to properly treat them with RT?

Thanks!

Re: Recommendation for a Doc in San Diego?

Dr Tripuraneni at Scripps is mentioned several times on the forum as a radiologist treating DD in the area. We list several Drs close by who are experienced in NA here http://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_list_North_America.html, but Keith Denkler seems to be th go to person, although that would mean travel.
