I don't currently have a contracture. My pinky and ring fingers just feel tighter than before I ever noticed the initial lump. I understand that Prof. S says to treat early, but I'm also aware that it needs to be in an active state for DD to be effective.

Bizarrely, just last night I woke with odd pins and needles in my two fingers, similar to when I first noticed the nodule, but this could just be because I had been lying on my arm.

My concern is that I get RT too soon, (which I understand is a one-time treatment, and then other nodules appear that can't be treated with RT over the coming months/years.

I think that once I am sure that the DD is in an active state I will get RT, and I'm still unsure about whether to travel to Germany or stay in the UK. There's not much difference cost-wise once flights etc are accounted for.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the line running to my thumb? I can't feel any nodules of cords, but maybe they aren't always that obvious?
