Answer
Collagen/Collagenase

Would like to know in layman's terms the difference between Collagen and Collagenase. I am confused.
Seems that collagenase is "an enzyme which dissolves the main protein found in DD tissue," and
"collagen is a complex structural protein.....providing major building materials for....."

Also, would like to know the effects of taking Collagen, dietary supplement tablets.

Thanks for any information/

Answer
Collegenase

Collegenase is an enzyme that breaks down collagen. It is an aging agent. Given that our bodies produce collagen naturally, why all the fuss about injecting it in our hands?
