Answer
Hand Closure ~dq~Fistmaking~dq~ Stiffness

Bill:

I don't know who you are; but I am not the Carmen to whom you were referring, as I assure you I am real and do welcome people's input and am not trying to sell anything or mess around with the site. Yesterday was my first posting about the swollen hand. It was the first time I read anything about it. Anyway, I just wanted to say there is more than one Carmen in the world.

Answer
Oddballs on this site

Carmen,

There are some oddballs on this site. Bill is one of them. You are not the first person he has arbitrarily "identified" as a Fake. HIS posts are rude and immature. He accuses others of being rude and immature as well as "Fake."

Those of us who follow this site regularly are quick to identify the true fake posters, of which "Bill" is one.

So please do not take his comments personally. Your posts are welcome here.

"Carmen",

Your story is identical to what was posted earlier this year and just as fake. Please cease what are you doing. There are good people using this site and submitting these fake posting is gross and childish. Simply using another name does not help.

Take Heart

Carmen:

Please be patient with "Bill."

I'm guessing that he just don't realize how obnoxios & unhelpful his posts are.

He is probably a good guy, but with some problems.

I'd listen to those DD Vets like "Randy H", who clearly have your best interests at heart.

Answer
family with the condition

Hi, I have had the condition now for 16 yrs and so have nearly all the males of my gen. For me though it is also partly due to having epilepsy which I feel is the reason my thumbs are also bent.
I have had two ops on them but what with having had a labotemy for epilepsy also, I just have this fear that one day one of my sons will tell me that they are getting a feeling in their fingers.
I am surprised there is still no alternative but to have surgery, which doesn't cure the condition or this needle which is not for people who have it seriously.
