My father has duputren~sq~s - will I?
I am a 27 year old female. My father has Dupuytren's and has had corrective surgery on his right hand. His left hand is also showing signs of this disease.
I have just noticed a small dimple on my right hand, and can not bend my right hand ring finger back as much as my left hand.
Is this an early sign of the disease?
Is there any thing I can do to prevent it.

Dupuytrens
No one in my family has had Dupuytrens. My father had most of his fingers blown off in WW 2 so it would be hard to tell about him. No one else I know has it...but I do.
