John,
Doctor Bourland did the Needle Aproneurotomy for my Dupuytren's contracture: The ring and little fingers on both hands (not on the same day) with outstanding results. I had had contracture for about 10 years progressing to approximately 35 to 45 degrees before the NA procedure about 10 months ago. Fingers still straight.
