    Hi and welcome,
    Absolutely . Xiaflex worked for me. Opened two fingers closed / frozen to palm last February . Now strength is back and I always wear a Fixxglove/splint every night.

    Feedback about acupuncture on this forum is mixed. It's mostly negative, has no long term benefit or result, but there's a couple of 'worked wonders'. Maybe it helps with pain or other symptoms but it's hard to understand how it would help with nodule reduction or contracture. But I find it hard to understand how it works at all anyway. Just be wary of being taken in and fleeced if you do try it.
