Unfortunately there is probably nobody in the world who can do all treatments for Dupuytren, though this would possibly a good basis for a sound advice. My personal experience is

• normal MDs usually only know about late stage surgery
  
• hand surgeons typically believe in surgery as the only working therapy (but that's not true for all surgeons, there are honorable exceptions!)
  
• hand surgeons who also do NA are available in some countries (also in the UK) and may offer good advice in the chosing between those two treatments
  
• radiologists in Germany treating Dupuytren typically work in a clinic and cooperate well with hand surgeons. They can advise whether to radiotherapy makes sense or surgery is preferable. Unfortunately they are tyxpically less familiar with the advantages of NA but that's improving, in part due to our efforts.
