After RT
It says in after care instructions not to lift heavy objects after radiation. About how much weight is ok to lift after radiation?

This is a recommendation, not a hard limit. Maybe it is a problem if you are working in a moving company or do weight lifting every day. Just be careful with your hands and don't overdo it.
