Anyone do this in their sleep? Awaiting RT.

Hi - I've got early stage DD in my right hand. I've saw a RT doctor last week, and am awaiting insurance approval. In any event, I've noticed twice when I was woken up early from my sleep, that I found my right hand between my knees, obviously an attempt to keep it straightened out. This morning, both my hands were pushed together between my knees! While in the past I tried straightening exercises, I stopped doing a while ago, and never did it using my knees!. It's not too comfortable a position, because my back and neck are not that flexible! I'm thinking of wearing a glove at night, to see if that will break my habit, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this happened to them. Weirdness. :) - Mark

interestingly, I was pressing my right hand hard while sleeping with my hands between my knees and I really believe I developed a friggin' cord as a result of this. I used to find myself pressing my hands very hard while sleeeping as if my body was trying to cause greater problems with my hand. Now I make sure I sleep with my hands straight under a pillow and free from pressure. This is a strange subconscious problem and I don't know what to make of it! It's strange to see someone else sharing this problem while sleeping!
