We are getting frequent complaints that the new password has not been mailed. It actually has been mailed but obviously did not arrive. This might have two reason:

1) An invalid email address is stored in your forum profile. That's the reason in 9 out of 10 cases. Either your email address has a typo or it is no longer valid. Please contact us and we will update your email address accordingly and provide you with a new password. You might consider activating in your profile "Notification on new Private Messages" and "Get Newsletter" because those settings usually become disabled when your email address is found to be invalid.

2) Your email provider is blocking our email. In that case please contact your provider and request that www.dupuytren-online.info is white listed, i.e. emails from this domain are not considered spam.
