CoachG, when you say you went back to your activities, does that include tennis? I love tennis myself, but am considering giving it up so as not to aggravate my DP.

Hi.....

I am a LD and DD sufferer.......I also play tennis at a competitive level..... For the feet the most important thing is good orthotics..

The hands do well with golf gloves with the finger tips removed.......I really notice the difference if I play without the gloves.......the hands become quite sore......nothing worse than this condition stopping the sports you love...

Yes agree with the gloves. I too play tennis and use 'tennis gloves' http://www.bionic-glove.co.uk/index.php?...p;products_id=6 without removing the tips.

I also wear 'arthritis gloves' when driving long distances.

I don't have LD but do use orthotics, also when playing tennis, after having had plantar fasciitus. These ones are probably not suitable for LD as they are a hard shell shaped to the sole of my foot.
