I am trying to find a hand surgeon in Alabama who has experience doing NA for Dupuytren's?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tom

Re: Needle aponeurotomy for dupuytrens contracture
Hi Tom,
did you have a look at https://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_list_North_America.html ? The Dupuytren Society can’t assess the quality of clinics and doctors listed because we have no way of controlling that but you could give Dr. Ostrowski a try? NA is an outpatient treatment, so you might have it easily done in another state as well.

I did and found a couple and he was one but don't believe he is still practicing. I live in Mississippi and have seen 2 different hand surgeons. One I let do surgery on my index finger which was bent and don't want to endure that again. NA was never brought up neither was the xiaflex injection. The second surgeon didn't want to do anything with my ring finger on the same hand. My ring finger now is bent to the point I cannot shake hands and many other things. I will go through the list again and see if I can find someone. Thankfully DC is not painful but the frustration level is bad enough.
thanks

Can or will you travel? I had a quick search and Mississippi doesn’t look promising

Re: Needle aponeurotomy for dupuytrens contracture
You may want to check out Hayes Hand Center in Chattanooga, TN. I've had the NA procedure done there by one of their surgeons and it went very well. Very professional and well qualified in the treatment of Dupuytrens.
