Dupytren's is a progressive disease. There are ways to possibly minimize its progression like NAC, though this are not proven to be effective, though low in terms of risk.

My non-medical opinion is to get radiotherapy as soon as possible and you have an excellent chance of arresting the disease. Avoid future expense for surgery, risk of complications, lose of full use of your hands, and risk of recurrence even with surgery, and the loss of the use of your hands while recovering from surgery.

Enzyme treatments may become a viable alternative to surgery, both NA and open hand surgical procedures, but it is not likely to stop the disease's progression. Radiotherapy based on its usage with Dupuytren's and many similar diseases offers the best approach.
