Xiaflex and some possible prevention

I just had my second successful Xiaflex treatment last week. The first one lasted about 18 months.
Does anyone have suggestions of how to delay the return?

I read that a combination of DMSO, Logol's Iodine and Magnesim oil rubbed into the contracture 2x a day and stretched can help.
I am going to try it on my other hand where there is a developing one.

I tried to upload a picture of my hand after the Xiaflex and before the release but they are too large I guess

Re: Xiaflex and some possible prevention

Regularly wearing a Splint at night often helps delaying recurrence after Xiaflex or NA https://www.dupuytren-online.info/dupuyt...-splinting.html .

Re: Xiaflex and some possible prevention

Be careful with the DMSO, with your wallet and health, be careful with your thyroid if you include SSKI. I don’t recall anyone on this forum ever saying it helped! The magnesium is probably better taken orally but only if your blood levels are deficient; this time people do report anecdotally that rubbing magnesium oil helps some soften nodules, cords, albeit at the expense of dry skin. Lots of people report positively about splinting.
