Did Insurance pay for Ledderhose radiation treatments???
I am trying get radiation treatment for feet here in NJ, and need to begin the process of trying to get it covered with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ.
Can anyone provide any information about whether any other Blue Cross company in another state covered this? If you could provide some CPT codes for the claim, that would be great!
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi, I just had two rounds of RT for LD at Scripps. My California Anthem Blue Cross PPO covered it without any questions, did not even require pre-authiorization. Good luck to you -- Spica

I pulled up my claims on the Anthem Blue Cross website and found these CPT codes were billed:
77427 - Radiation Oncology
77263 - Radiation Oncology
77280 - Radiation Oncology
77290 - Radiation Oncology
77300 - Radiation Oncology
77334 - Radiation Oncology
0333 - Radiation Therapy
