I am interested in looking into this off label use also. Where is this Dr. Denker located? I am in the NYC area and was wondering if there is any doc around my area that is doing this.
I recently finish my RT in September and unfortunately had some progression in both my LD and DD.
Not sure if I would do it now but I would atleast like to go talk to somebody about it.

Ahh never mind I see he is in California.
I see Dr Pess for my hands, has any one ever approached him about doing this on their feet?

Owen B.I talked to Dr.D about doing my hand and feet. He agreed but all patients are different.If you call his secretary he will call you back personally. Get prepared for the cost of Xiaflex $$$$$$$. I am about to the stage I can't walk so I don't care what it cost.i am about to finish my second round of RT. I'll give it 2 month then it's. Dr.D.i like you have to fly across the country( Florida) but I want the best I can get.Hope this gives you some hope. Owen

Hi Owen,
Did you try Dr Davies in Texas? He is a DPM and has been doing off label Xiaflex in the feet for quite some time. If you look on the forum you will see a patient that went to him and had great a results. Plus it's right nest door too Florida.
Good luck with the RT, hopefully it will work for you.

If you are speaking of Dr Ed Davis in San Antonio he uses hyaluronidase injections...

Can anyone explain why there are so few really good Dr.s in the U.S. performing N.A. oh sure a lot them them attempt it ..but other than Dr. Denkler and I suppose Dr. Pess ...not a lot to choose from if you want quality work.. Dr. Eaton and France has been doing it for decades ... why so few experts in this procedures...could it be finacial..as N.A is not a big money maker ..
