Hello All,

DD in RH and going for RT next with Dr. Crimaldi. Two weeks ago I developed all of the typical symptoms of DD in LH as well as LD in both feet. In these areas I have very small bumps like BB's in toe areas and ball of feet, nothing in arch yet. I have read that RT is most effective for LD when nodules are small and I qualify!! Questions:

If this is LD, should I hold off for awhile and give the disease time to make more of a presentation or take advantage of catching it early?

Or, do I wait for a lump and not "waste" an RT treatment now?

BTW, I'm 65 with no family history. Dr. C at initial consultation was not eager to do feet as he wasn't sure what areas to radiate since I am so early. No argument from me, but curious as to others' thoughts who have experienced this disease.
