Getting RT for dupuytren's, trying to deside if for Ledderhose too

Attached are photos showing the condition of my feet. I have what I'd consider mild Ledderhose in both. I have no contracture, the bend in my big toes is to better illustrate the nodes. I will be undergoing radiation therapy for my Dupuytren's in 3 weeks and I'm trying to decide whether to do one or both feet as well. I'm leaning towards not doing my feet. It seems that contraction is pretty rare in feet and that would be my main concern, since my feet don't really bother me all that much now. I have a somewhat poor immune system for unknown reasons and tend to get mildly sick more often than a normal person. For this reason, I'd prefer to not expose any bones to radiation that I don't have to (immune cells are produced in bone marrow). I would appreciate opinions on this. I've done extensive research on Dupuytren's, but little on Ledderhose.

In my opinion, if your feet don't bother you most of the time, so little or no pain and you can do just about all the activities you want, don't have the RT. Remember it works on active progressive symptoms only, and is essentially a one shot chance.
