Re: Getting RT on both feet at OU Oncology!!

Go to the Treatment menu at the top of this page. You will find clinics in various areas of the country.

Yes, RT is radiation therapy. There is lots of information on this site by going to the various menus at the top. It takes time, but it is well worth it. Researching helps, but be sure to come back to this Forum to ask questions and see what others' personal experiences have been.

I had NA for Dupuytren's in my hand followed by RT. Both were successful, but I am now convinced that mine started out as aggressive and still is. It finds a way around the treatments I had done. It is much, much more under control but still sneaking around trying to find a way to attack.

Good luck.

Re: Getting RT on both feet at OU Oncology!!

Hopefully, once Dr,. Herman writes his paper, and gives the his protocol for RT treatments, a person can get RT where they live. I would assume that once his protocal is published, any radiation therapist would be able to follow the protocol.

I received my treatments from Dr. Herman last August, and they did a great job, but it would be nice to be able to RT in the town where you live and save the travel to Oklahoma City.
