I've had Ledderhose for 4 years now and never considered it to be very painful but the last 3 days have been awful. It feels like a constant pulse/electric shock in my right foot - I really don't know how I'll manage to go back to work.

Any tips on how to shut down the pain? I tried ice, ibuprofen(in small dose, 200mg) and resting but the pain won't go - it even wakes me up when sleeping.
