With XRT the sooner the better in terms of its success rate. Recommend getting it done as soon as possible. It was very effective in my less progressed hand and less so in the one that was much further along.

Suggest also speaking by phone to Dr. Denkler in California who is one of the people providing NA procedures and has researched Dupuytrens and Ledderhose more than most surgeons. I recall his comments that stretching was very helpful and that people suffering from Ledderhose did better in terms of contracture as they had to walk while people suffering from Dupuytrens were less inclined to do the necessary stretching.
