Success Feedback on 2nd RT for Ledderhose

What has everyones success been with a second RT treatment on the feet. Had both done first time in 2011 with significant success (significant reduction in size and discomfort) by Dr T at Scripps. He said it was the worst case he had ever seen. Small nodules now forming and pain/difficulty walking has now returned. What are your collective thoughts on a second RT treatment after four years? Alternative suggestions?

Also would someone please send me Dr S's email address
Thanks much!

Re: Success Feedback on 2nd RT for Ledderhose

I have no experience yet, but Prof. S told me that in a first treatment for me he would treat a fairly wide area, for me roughly the area of a playing card for just one nodule. He said that for a second "salvage treatment" he would treat only a smaller area, basically just the nodule and not the surrounding area.

Re: Success Feedback on 2nd RT for Ledderhose

I don't know for LD on the feet, but ProfS would only do half of one treatment (5Gy) as a repeat for me on the hand on a troublesome nodule that was on the margins of the originally treated field. He told me that a (half) repeat on a previously treated field was reserved only for specific exceptional circumstances, and the risks were increased. In the end I did not proceed and the problem nodule went dormant.
