hi all,

i had my ring finger and little finger done (Open fasciotomy) about 5 weeks ago. ive had little of what i would call physio - its been more around advice, plus i had slightly open wounds which took a while to hold together before i could get to stretching too much..

ive been doing some stretching and massaging but the first joint up from the knuckle on both fingers is still incredibly stiff (see image - stiff joints circled).

it feels like i have a tourniquet around that joint when trying to bend both of those fingers. i just wondered if the joints take a long time to get mobile again?

they are also slightly numb still and the ring finger looks a little swollen still.

just seeing if this is a normal occurence.
