Does anyone know the answers to the following questions:
1. Would radiation be good for a single finger nodule that is about 3-4mm and which appeared a few months ago? Already both hands are contracted about 25-30 degrees with nodules and cords so palms I guess they would not benefit from what I’ve read.
2. what is the risk of any cancer developing 10-20-30 years after radiation treatment which is at this lower dose of 30GY total?
3. are there any long term studies or reports of people who had been exposed to 30GY for a treatment after a long time with respect to developing any cancers?
4. Is radiation therapy for nodules a procedure that any experienced, well trained radiation doctor can do—can he look over the description of what to do or call Germany or another doctor who has done it and then safely proceed? Or is this something the doctor needs to be trained to do?
5. Can radiation therapy be repeated at a later date if more nodules appear?

Good questions. 2 & 3 are the ones that bother me and stop me doing any more than making tentative enquiries. I've also wondered about 5 but think the answer is no it can't?
