If you get on www.merriam-webster.com and put Dupuytren's Contracture in the search it teaches you how to say from a voice recording. It is very good and they say it slow and fast. Hope this helps.

Australia Calling.Hi Baron Dupuytren was French and the disease is named after him . To pronounce Dupuytren depends on English/ American/ German or French. The accent is a little different. The letter "Y" is silent. The word has basic three syliables .'Dup' 'U' Tren. This may help .
