"How did you ever get Dr. Press to get back to you. I called there and was told to first right and send photographs. I have emailed this to him and have sent photographs and letters by post. They have never answered yet. Is this procedure so in demand that nobody bothers to answer polite inquiries, for the Dr. in Memphis also has not responded to my letters?"
