Dr. Eaton
Dear Ed,
Dr. Eaton (Florida) is a wonderful NA practitioner. His information can be found at www.handcenter.org. He is the only NA trained practitioner in the States. All other NA trained practitioners are listed at www.dupuytren.org.

List
Frances, What is so official about your list. We don't care. Get over it! Do you belong the the French Chamber of Commerce or something similar? Dr. Bourland has a great amount of experience in hand surgery. His knowledge is probably transferable to NA or he wouldn't be doing it. I'm sure he is aware of his legal liabilities,

Beantown Hand Docs
Ed, there are no Needle Aponevrotmy practioners in your area. There are many excellent Hand Surgeons. Personally, I would contact Marie Budalamente, PhD. at the Stoney Brook campus of S.U.N.Y.. She is the lead investigator of the collagenase study. Lawrence C. Hurst, M.D. is the Orthopedist member of the trial. Ask them for a referral source. Mass. General would be a good source also. Most of us would not recommend traditional hand surgery for Dupuytrens. A trip to Europe or Florida would provide an interim correction lasting a few years; that would be NA. Keep reading posts here to learn about the personal experiences of others. Good luck.

research first
please research and see how many successful traditional surgies there are...so many informative posts on this site and those of us who have one or more surgeries are quick to point out the serious butchering outcomes...length of recovery, scar tissue and the most obvious...the more you operate, the more the disease escalates...good luck with your Dad...
