My LDL level have always been normal (~130) & I have Dups. Also, the Dups mortality studies show no increased risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, which one would expect if there were a link between Dups and high LDL.

And really, what could you expect to show from an informal internet survey? After all my agonizing about mortality issues, I realize that all we can do is wait for the research guys to sort things out.

I have fairly severe DC and low cholesterol. Haven't seen anything credible about a connection with high cholesterol.
