    Just wanted to revive this thread to hear any recent experience with the recommended treatment gap. Some seemed to previously suggest 10-12 weeks and others 12-16 weeks. There is quite a difference there between someone getting treatment with a gap of 10 weeks versus a gap of 16 weeks.

    Does anyone know what gap Prof S or others work with currently?
