are they the same?
I've done a lot of research on the clinical results of enzymatic fasciotomy. This has been around for a couple decades already. But it sounds like Dr. Badois "invented" a new procedure in NA. Is this the case or is his NA the same procedure that has been reviewed and studied in academic journals in the past?
On a separate subject - does anyone have McCarthy's article "the long-term results of enzymic fasciotomy"? According to Dr. Badalamente who is doing the collagenase study, McCarthy claims this procedure has "greater morbidity" than full surgery. I wonder what exactly is meant by this and was hoping to read the paper myself.
