Treatment for DC in Canada

Does anyone know of any Doctor's able to treat Duputren's (non surgery) in Canada? Preferably as near to Vancouver as possible. Also, has anyone been to have the procedure with Dr David Kline in Idaho? Any feedback / comments much appreciated.

Regards

    D.C.

I have a 14 year old nephew who may have Dupuytren's Contracture. Is there any doctor/surgeon who treats this condition in Edmonton, Alberta. I am wondering if the needle aponeurotomy is the best method for a young person. Please help me. Thank you

      About

      Hi Laura,

He *may* have DC? Hmmmm....best to get a definate diagnosis before deciding on treatment.

NA can be performed at any age - there are many people on this website who wished they had NA as an option from the very start. As for a practitioner...there is lots of info on this website about choice....but definately I would steer away from someone who is self-taught...afterall... these are our hands...and because of that...there is no room for guesswork or arrogance.

      Good luck with your choice.
