NA in Paris

I AM ESTATIC. I JUST HAD 4 FINGERS TREATED WITH NA BY THE GOOD Dr. Lermusiaux, the inventer of the procedure 30 years and 10,000 procedures ago. Both of my hands can be placed flat on the table. I had my left ring finger treated 3 months ago by Dr. Viani, went from a 4 to a 2. I was so encouraged that I came back to Paris to have my 4 fingers staightened. My left thumb is now straight after 12 years. My right middle finger straight after 6 years. My left ring finger is straight starting from a 2. And my left middle finger, which the good Dr. Lermusiaux pointed out was starting to contract, is straight. All of this with essentially no pain and no scars, in two 1/2 hour visits and 150 Euros, total. After the first visit I tried to pay and the good Dr. Lermusiaux said pay after the second visit.

The good Dr. Lermusiaux informs me that one can have NA as many times as necessary. This is TRUELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Paris is cool but lovely. Great food and museums. This whole procedure should be much harder considering the great results. The two trips to the doctor were easy by train and a very small part of our week in Paris. If you are suffering from DC this is the way to go!!!!!!!!!

I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

NA Studies

This is a great website that gives critical analysis of the different studies about NA, including Badois.

NA

Thanks for this link Sean. How do you find this stuff?? Apparently NA has raised enough eyebrows in the UK to warrant investigation, even though it is apparently not practiced there as yet. It would appear that until a properly financed and designed long term study comparing NA to open surgery can be undertaken, we're stuck without more authoritative info. Hopefully consumer demand and the success of doctors like Eaton will eventually get NA on the US medical Radar Screen and we can get some definitive answers. In the mean time it's great to read all the first "hand" posts about Eaton's success with NA (even though the sample size = 1)

You know, I never considered the possibility that my surgery caused my sisters frozen shoulder. May you've got something there Sean:)

Dr. Eaton

Dr. Eaton is doing a great job of follow up on his NA. I had NA last Monday with him. He asks that we call him to report how we are doing and send him a picture of the treated finger every three months.

NA

Charlie,
Did you have a chance to talk with Dr. Eaton about other options other than NA? Did he suggest to you that NA was your only option? Were there others "in the waiting room" who were having surgery? Does Dr. Eaton leave it entirely up to the patient to decide which procedure? Does he give suggestions for which procedure?
