Another satisfied Dr. Eaton patient here. NA on PIP of the right pinkie @ 2 weeks and counting. Surgery in 98 for the same condition. Even if I have to return yearly it was well worth it!!
Even if more Doctors take up the procedure I think I'll always go back to Dr. Eaton. Class Guy and Staff alll the way!!!

I jsut had TWO procedures done by Dr Eaton one on right hand and one on left hand.
I did not really expect pain but oh well- I survived.
The procedures went very well. Had more pain and longer recoup time on left hand than on right hand but now ( I had it done April 23rd and April 26th) both hands are straight as an arrow and am in no pain.
I went from Dr Eaton's office straight to the shopping mall !!!!
I too would not hesitate to go back to FL and Dr Eaton even if somebody did do this NA here in Seattle!

Dr. Eaton Appointment
I recently received an email from a man who has never posted
on this forum, but has DC. Being that he is a friend of a
friend, she gave him our email address to learn more. He
had a fasciectomy about 10 yrs ago and had determined to
not do that again. He recently had Dr. Eaton do both of
his hands and emailed that one hand (the one never operated
on) had phenomenal results, and the one that had surgery
as having great results. He was very pleased with Dr.
Eaton.

going on 6/17
I'm having NA with dr eaton on 6/17. Left hand, 60 degree PIP, flexion contracture. Ectopic sites, strong family history. Also Ledderhosen in both feet. i plan to ask Dr E his opinion about the feet also. I'll let you all know the outcome, but I figured it was better than what the hand surgeon in NJ wanted to do!

I think you'll have a very good experience with Dr Eaton and staff. They really go way beyond that extra mile for people. Plus he is an excellent, caring doctor and you'll be pleased with the results you get. Hey, a few day's recovery time versus months????? Who wouldn't want that?

Results of N.A. surgery with Dr. Eaton
Hi,
After exhaustive research I elected to fly from Nebraska to Jupiter, Florida to have N.A. surgery on my right hand. The disease affected three fingers. Immediate post-op results were very encouraging and I am recovering rapidly. I have almost full range of motion in all 3 fingers and no pain 3 days post op. I am flying back to Florida in January to have my left hand done. As of next Monday, May,24th, I will be back in the office performing surgery and other tasks as norma. What a wonderful experience

I have noticed that there are more and more "new forum

It is great to get feedback from each other as we can do on the Forum, but for those who are new to the site or are looking for information provided by Dr. Eaton (the only paris trained physician doing the NA procedure on dupuytrens)let me encourage you to visit his website above. He has information on the newest regarding dups. pictures of some of his work, and sections for FAQ(frequently asked questions). This would be a good place to learn or even get updated about dupytrens.

It has been six months since Dr. Eaton straighted out my little finger. The finger remains straight. No nodes are evident in my palm. I have no pain in my finger. Flexibility is just as good as any of my fingers.

OK. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR LEFT HAND ON MAY 21ST.04
IT WOOK 25 MINUTES..LOCAL ANESTHETIC..VERY LITTLE PAIN..VERY LITTLE.
MY LITTLE FINGER WAS DOWN TO PALM AT 80 PERCENT...THE ONLY WAY I GOT THE COURAGE TO GO WAS BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID OF THE BLOOD SUPPLE BEING CUT OFF...25 MINUTES LATER IT WAS AT 30&
DR. EATONS OFFICE MADE ME A BRACE TO WEAR AT NIGHT..UNTIL THE SKIN STRECHES OUT....MEDICARE 80% 20% OUT OF POCKET..AROUND $90 DOLLARS.. RIGHT HAND 24TH.. JUST A PITT THERE THAT WAS PULLING MIDDLE FINGER....AFTER CORD CUT.. I GAINED 5/8 OF AN INCH IN HAND SPREAD.. AMAZING...
I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY I WENT.... PLAN ON GOING BACK IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO HAVE OTHER CORDS CUT AS THEY HARDEN..
DR. EATON IS A CHEERY, HAPPY, DOCTOR, THAT IS VERY EXCITED ABOUT WHAT HE DOES.... I AM ALSO EXCITED FOR HIM AND SOOOOO GLAD THAT HE HAD THE FORSITE TO GO TO FRANCE...GO DON'T WAIT....GO DON'T WAIT..DO NOT BE AFRAID AND PUT IT OFF...
WE STAYED AT THE JUPITER RESORT..A LITTLE PRICEY BUT, THE VIEW WELL WORTH IT..AT ABOUT 159 A NIGHT...LOCAL COFFE SHOP, THE JUPITER LIGHTHOUSE IS GOOD FOR A HOME COOKED MEAL AT A REASONABLE PRICE OF ABOUT 5 TO 6 DOLLARS FOR BREAKFAST.
ALSO, THE CRAB HOUSE IS CLOSE FOR ATMOSPHERE, VIEW AND FISH TYPE FOODS.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME... I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT DR. EATON...AGAIN THANK YOU, JERRI AND GOD BLESS YOU DR. EATON AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
A HINT.....YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO WEAR A ICE BAG AFTER FOR ABOUT 24 HOURS. I FOUND THAT IF YOU FREEZE A BOTTLE OF WATER IT IS EASY TO TRAVEL AROUND AND LOOK AT THE SITES WITH WATER IN HAND... THEN DRINK THE WATER WHEN I MELTS...
STAFF IS VERY NICE...THINGS DON'T ALWAYS RUN RIGHT ONSCHEDUAL AS HE IS GETTING BUSIER AND BUSIER..DO NOT WAIT.. APPOINTMENTS ARE PILING UP FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
WHEN I WAS THERE..THERE WERE PEOPLE FROM AUSTRAILIA, S. AFRICA, FLORIDA...GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND DON'T BE AFRAID.....DO NOT PUT IT OFF....
