France vs. Florida
Howard,
I had N/A in France, (2002) and Florida (2004). Given my personal results, Dr. Eaton is "hands down", the best N/A provider on this planet! Make the appointment! You will never regret the decision.

Just to mess up your brain
If money and time aren't an option, we saw Dr Rappoport in Yverdon Les Bains, Switerland. It was a wonderful peaceful 10 day vacation. Dr. Rappoport is very experienced, he is gentle, and his work was excellent.
So...if you want to see Geneva and soak in the Roman Baths of Yverdon, visit castles, eat wild boar, visit castles, consider it. We went in October when the weather over there was still good.
God Bless. Frances

study
When i saw him last week he said he is collecting data and could publish a retrospective study on what his results have been but it would be far from the type of definitive clinical studies that medicine often relies upon. We'll see down the road him do something I bet.

Dr. Rappoport
Hi,
Dr. Rappoport was trained and does train other doctors to perform NA. He was one of the main webmasters on the French Forum which is now closed do to a high volume of SPAM. It was his graceful fielding of responses to questions and ability to speak english that helped alieve our fears and ultimately swayed us to see him. At the time there were no North American doctors who performed NA so we knew we were getting on a plane...it was just a matter of where.
Frances.

Rheumatology or surgery
One item that seldom comes up is the co-existence of DD, LD, PD in an individual. NA is very effective in releasing chords in earlier stages of DD. Dr. Eaton and Dr Bourland appear to be gaining acceptance amongst US DD suffers. A larger concern involves the connective tissue disorder underlying DD. The European Rheumatologists that developed NA, also treat LD. I am unaware of a Rheumatoid approach to treating PD by NA; it may exists. More likely will be a BTC collagenase treatment that "dissolves" the chords, plaques in the spongiosum. Meanwhile, no treatment exists, anywhere. Bottomline: we tend to focus on our fingers and debate France(Europe) versus Florida. Actually, more is involved. That is why my money is still on the folks who first developed, refined and taught the procedure; they research connective tissue disorders. Consider the Peyronnies patients. Unless collagenase works out, the Urologists have little to offer than vacuum pumps. Do not hold your breath waiting for Orthopedic, Plastic, Hand and Urologic services to develop non-invasive, inexpensive, alternative ("unsubstantiated") treatments. They have little incentive. NA is a start; BTC collagenase is promising; Gene Therapy is more likely to offer definitive testing and treatment. When that starts, I will re-allocate my money.

Results of NA
Am considering needle aponeurotomy. I saw one note comparing France to Florida and one comment about the MD in Switzerland. I would appreciate any and all feedback about the three choices, with any specific information you could provide.
