Spit out the Bones
Its sad to see that in TEL's case our Troll seems to have claimed at least one victim that we know of. Trolls are an unfortunate side effect of the power of the Internet and this type of format. But...without this site NONE of us would have a clue that successful alternatives to surgery even exist. We have to take some bad with the good.
