Right On Time

Not so my dear juli. The dates of the conference are September 7-9, so they'll all be back *tomorrow* as well. No one is going anywhere. The're just getting warmed up.

Go Team Eaton!!!!

Pompuos Jerks

MDs are a mixed bag of personality types, just like everyone else. Some are pompous jerks who will sit through the first 20 minutes, then smile patronizingly and leave. Later, over a cocktail, they'll poke fun at the crazy "French Needle" procedure. Many more are smart people with scientific minds who are always open to new ideas backed up with strong evidence and for them, the results will speak for themselves.

Pompuos Jerks

Speaking of pompous jerks. I tried in vain to get a local Dr. to attend and said I would be glad to let him work on my hand. His response was "that procedure has been around for a couple of decades, I would not suggest it to anyone. You need to schedule an appointment for surgery ". Guess what my response was !!! I hope someone from the midwest is there and picks it up. I'm getting close to going to Florida or Memphis.

CHS Conference: Benhaim & Denkler Attending

Hi Ya'll:

I got an Email from Dr. Benhaim in Washingon D.C. today.

He said he saw Dr. Denkler at the big conference, but I believe Dr. Benhaim wrote the Email before Eaton & Denkler gave their talk.

I'll let y'all know if I hear anyting substantive in a later Email.

I'm glad that the California Good Guys (Benhaim & Denkler) are there talking up N.A. to the unenlightened CHSs at the conference.

Separately, I also received today from Dr. Benhaim his report on my status after my 8/16/2006 N.A. (which was done by Dr. Denkler).

Here's what Dr. Benhaim said: "The patient is doing well overall. He has clearly benefited from the needle aponeurotomy."

You better belive I've benefited from the work done by the "California A Team" - Benhaim & Denkler.

Surgeon Conference - Little Info Available

Hi all,
I've been away for a couple of weeks and came back expecting there to be HUGE discussions on the well anticipated CHS Conference and Dr Eatons presentation but there is very little talk about it at all. Was it a fizzer? Seems strange for everyone to be so exited about it then virtually nothing at all. I read that Dr Lernusiaux was going to go. Did he? Why the silence?

Surgeon Conference - Little Info Available

Pete:

There has been some discussion about the conference, but less than you probably want – simply because there hasn't been much posted about the substance of the presentations yet.

The only substantive post I'm aware of is by Dr. Denkler.

Keith posted on his website an abridged version of his part of the N.A. presentation.

Dr. Pess also posted a brief summary, but no details.

We're all hoping to hear more about the shindig from other attending surgeons, such as Dr. Benhaim.

Hope this helps.

Mark

Dr. Charles Eaton~sq~s NA Presentation

Pete,
Dr Lermusiaux did not go to the ASSH conference. He was too busy doing NA, mostly on us Brits and could not afford the time away from his practice. He did express his regret that he was unable to attend.
